The agreement between the well-known entrepreneurial families is aimed at a process of growth and internationalization between the two historic companies and their respective knowledge: OCME and Robopac.

Carlotta Gatteschi, Valentina Aureli end Enrico Aureli comment on the recent corporate agreement:

"This is the meeting of two families that share the same values and a global entrepreneurial culture."

Following the announcement, Carlotta Gatteschi, Valentina Aureli and Enrico Aureli comment on their choice and shared corporate goals:

"We have decided together for the "System approach", putting together the strengths of each company. Both companies have grown in a global context for Vision and Entrepreneurial Culture, where there are numerous cases in which the "System approach" is synonymous with business success. "

Precisely in the international markets, both OCME and ROBOPAC have consolidated their growth: first, creating commercial branches and after-sales service, and then through targeted investments in manufacturing units throughout the world, from China to the United States, in the context of a local-for-local approach that is giving winning results and has always been a common feature of both companies.

By combining the strengths of both, the two companies have gone a step further, merging experience and skills and reaching the dimension for better controlling the global market.

"Thanks to this forward-looking partnership - says Carlotta Gatteschi in her role as President - OCME will be enriched with a very important history and entrepreneurial culture added to technological culture, product quality and internationality that are already a consolidated asset of our company. "

OCME will be led by Carlotta Gatteschi, Valentina Aureli and Enrico Aureli, in their role as Managing Directors for their respective competences.

"It is our firm intention and utmost interest enhancing and promoting further the OCME brand, synonymous of high quality and reliability. “We represent two major complementary activities that, sharing the same strategies, have a common prospect for work and development.”  - comments Valentina Aureli

The operative words will be:  extending the local-for-local strategy, management approach, boosting technological development, always driven by passion for the product and satisfaction of the final customer as well as of the System Integrator. The meeting between OCME and Robopac has been a natural conclusion, a story already written:

"We have already developed together several projects - said Carlotta Gatteschi and Enrico Aureli – for a number of important customers, for example in the Mahou plant, the leading producer of beer in Spain."

The agreement between the Gatteschi family and the Aureli family is aimed at a process of growth and internationalization between the two historic companies and their respective knowledge: OCME and Robopac.

The agreement provides for the participation of a holding owned by the Aureli family in the share capital of OCME.

As a consequence of this decision, OCME will have a jointed ownership structure, a shared governance model, a stable financial and economic situation and an industrial vision enhanced by further potential for development.

The industrial profile of the Aureli group, the shared values of the two families and the common awareness of the potential of the OCME group will bring the group to tackle the implementation of the industrial plan for 2017-2019.

It is going to be a plan for a balanced and steady growth that will deliver results in the medium term; a plan shared between entrepreneurs, evaluated with management and not influenced by mere financial logic.

The new BoD of Ocme, chaired by Carlotta Gatteschi, will be formed by five components (three from the Gatteschi family and two from the Aureli family) while the managing directors are going to be Carlotta Gatteschi, Valentina Aureli and Enrico Aureli.

"Thanks to this forward-looking partnership - says Carlotta Gatteschi, who will remain at the helm of the family business as President and Chief Executive Officer - OCME will be enriched with a very important history and entrepreneurial culture added to technological culture, product quality and internationality that are already a consolidated asset of our company. "

The Aureli group has expressed the utmost interest in enhancing and promoting further the OCME brand.

The two groups represent major complementary activities that, sharing the same strategies, have a prospect for common development.

The drivers for future growth are going to be:  extending the local-for-local strategy management approach and boosting technological development, always driven by passion for the product and satisfaction of the final customer.
