Diagnostic visit and report

Regular diagnostic visits help keeping high production standards and avoiding eventual machine stops or malfunctioning.

Each inspection is followed by a professional report that indicates the components to be replaced.

The equipment's audit will include a check on  performance, as well as on wear parts and on any other issue to be reported. This activity is extremely important, since the customer can understand the conditions of the machine, and plan spares purchase as well as eventual further interventions.

Intervention problem solving

Thanks to a worldwide widespread technical network, OCME is able to provide the on-site intervention of a technician in a short time.

Our multiannual expertise and professional knowledge of the machines allows our on-site technicians to detect and understand the problem to solve it. The troubleshooting activity may be previously carried out through phone support or ewon assistance if possible; if the issue cannot be solved remotely, we quickly organize an onsite intervention of OCME technician  to promptly fix the problem and allows the production to start again.

Programmed maintenance

OCME Technicians maintenance activities are scheduled according to the information supplied during the inspection visits.

After the visit and the report being approved by the customer, we will then plan and schedule a series of activities to carry out in order to reach the maximum efficiency of the machine. The activities will involve adjustments, installation of spare parts, machine optimization and assistance during the start-up in production.

This will avoid downtime to affect your production as well as unexpected costs due to breakdown, and will ensure the efficient running of your line.
