Regular diagnostic visits help keeping high production standards and avoiding eventual machine stops or malfunctioning.

Each inspection is followed by a professional report that indicates the components to be replaced.

The equipment's audit will include a check on  performance, as well as on wear parts and on any other issue to be reported.

INTERVENTION

PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE

OCME Technicians maintenance activities are scheduled according to the information supplied during the inspection visits.

After the visit and the report being approved by the customer, we will then plan and schedule a series of activities to carry out in order to reach the maximum efficiency of the machine. The activities will involve adjustments, installation of spare parts, machine optimization and assistance during the start-up in production.
