OCME is capable to cover all customer’s needs for canning line in the beverage sector. 

With our solutions we can supply solutions both small craft brewery as fastest end-of-line solutions.  

We design solution increasingly ergonomic and compact lines, reducing the number of operators required to run the line, to a minimum.  

The flow of materials (raw materials, finished product) is analysed in order to minimise warehouse stock, constantly ensuring the best supply to the system and guaranteeing product traceability 

As the can is the best alternative to the use of plastic for primary and secondary packaging, we offer within our portfolio packing and stretch-wrapping solutions dedicated to material optimization to safeguard the sustainability needs of our customers. 

Also for specific beverage industry as beer, we can handle and manage kegs with our dedicated palletizing, stretch-wrapping and internal logistics solutions.

In PET lines there is a need to have very high flexibility in line management. 

Pet lines present very different formats (from 0.5 liters to 10 liters) which in turn can have very different secondary packaging needs both from the point of view of packaging material (film, cardboard or both) and configuration (2x1, 3x2, 6x4 etc). 

OCME also obtains extremely high efficiency levels on extra-fast lines (for example, 55,000 bph and 78,000 bph with PET formats). 

Over the years OCME know-how has permitted us to perfect our engineering techniques for packaging lines and reach extremely high levels of automation and efficiency.  

All of this is done without overlooking what perhaps the most important element, that is, the efficiency of the line, or rather, the line’s real warehouse output.  

Glass lines can have very dedicated needs, whether for craft breweries or premium packaging for the water industry. 

Regardless of the speed required, all lines need a dedicated study to safeguard its fragile packaging. 

In this respect, OCME solutions can offer solutions that respect the customer's speed requirements without compromising the care with which the packaging is handled. 

Currently, we are talking about results in excess of 85% for glass-handling lines, as compared to rated output (guaranteed performance as per DIN 8782 standards).
