Alternated Separation
this system works by creating a gap between the products that are being fed and the pre-set format. It is possible to adjust feeding guides using a counter wheel (optional) to speed up format changing operations.
Sealer
The sealed film coming from the upper and lower reels is stretched vertically. As the product moves forward, the film unrolls and wraps the processed product. The upper press is located after the sealing unit and keeps the product stable.
Heat Shrink Tunnel
The tunnel is equipped with external regulation to optimise air flow according to the different configurations. Conveyor voltage is maintained constant by a counterweight in the final part of the tunnel.

These Shrink wrapping machines were designed to be easily installed and used by operators (diagnoses and format changes) and to enable a better monitoring of the machine parameters through the touch-screen display. A lot of attention was also paid to the sealing and film cutting stage, as the sealer height can be adjusted for the best results depending on the type of products to process. The tunnel is insulated (energy saving) for the perfect heat shrinkage of the product.
