DIMAC NOVA: A NEW STAR FOR SECONDARY PACKAGING

Dimac Nova is the new range of shrink-wrappers developed by Robopac Packers that will be launched as a world premiere during Grennovation digital event. You will have the possibility to assist to live demonstrations of 2 different models: one dedicated to film only or film and pad packs and the other one running with film and tray packs.
Modularity, flexibility and easy to use and maintain for the operators are key benefits of this new range of products.
Thanks to the cooperation with Exxon-Mobil and RKW the 2 machines will handle a shrink-film composed by a recycled polymer thus providing reduced.

Genesis Thunder by Robopac is the new high speed ring wrapper that excels for low TCO, ease of use and is equipped with a Robopac patented pre-stretch technology that allows film savings up to 50%, guaranteeing high-quality packaging and load stabilization.
Helix Max, also by Robopac, the latest automatic rotating arm stretch wrapper, thanks to its special patented pre-stretch carriage, makes possible the impossible: a wrapping cycle extremely resistant to tearing , superior to any traditional systems, helping to reduce downtimes due to film breaks.
The live session will show how to operate stretch-wrapping in 2 phases handling demi-palette size of products with first stretch-wrapping phase with Genesis Thunder  then combing 2 demi-palette wrapped together with all handling and parking phases managed thanks to the Auriga 15CT laser guide shuttle by OCME to demonstrate integration between the end of line and the warehouse.

Sotemapack with its WA20 wrap-around cartoner dedicated to wrap in special display cartons plastic trays will be combined with the brand new PALWRAPP, the all-in-one solution developed by Robopac to integrate in one single machine palletising and stretch-wrapping features. This will be also a world premiere for this kind of application that in a very compact footprint combine 2 machine in 1.

POLARIS IS THE NEW INNOVATIVE PACKAGING MACHINE DEVELOPED BY OCME TO MEET THE INCREASINGLY FREQUENT MARKET DEMAND FOR PACKAGING WITH FULLY RECYCLABLE MATERIALS
 

With this NEW solution, OCME provides its customers with green packaging called “Pack2green” which is a 100% fully recyclable green basket pack.

It maintains the performance achievable with packers that use film with a carton flaps, totally royalty-free, while providing a high marketing printing area.

OCME, in addition to offering the packaging designed to be developed through Polaris, is also available to listen to your needs unique to each customer, both in terms of material and packaging compliance.

Polaris is the link between a traditional tray and a cluster machine.

The products - in this case cans, but the same concept is also applicable to PET, bricks and many other applications.

At 120,000 cans per hour, Polaris has been designed to cover entirely and without limitations the production of the fastest lines in the world.

Polaris was designed to receive automated die cuttings to avoid continuous and exhausting work for the operators.
