Casepackers, palletisers, wrapping machines and laser-guided vehicles will be the focus of a 418square metre stand (North Hall, booth # 4729), with a common goal: automatingand optimising the end-of-line process with smart, state-of-the-arttechnology.
The solutionson display will all be in operation, to provide hands-on demonstrations of their characteristics and performance features led by specialised personnel. On the Aetna Group stand, 12 end-of-line automation solutionsrepresenting all the brands in the Group's portfolio will be on display.
We start withRobopac's technologies and then the ubiquitous Robot S7, theself-propelled packaging solution designed to wrap and stabilise palletisedloads of any shape, size and weight with maximum flexibility. In keeping with the trendfor paper, we present the Technoplat PW, a rotary table machine thatuses paper instead of plastic film as its wrapping material, and isenvironmentally friendly and sustainable. The same applies toReCYCLE,a solution for compacting and reducing the volume of packaging waste materials, indispensable for those seeking sustainable solutions. In contrast, the MasterwrapHD XL is a semi-automatic rotary arm wrapping machine for stabilisingunstable and heavy loads. Next up is theOrbit R5, a rotating ring technology forspiral wrapping with stretch film, easily integrated into high-speed lines.
Meanwhile, the Helix 3 EVO ranks among the automatic rotaryarm wrapping machines on offer for palletised loads, particularly suitable foruse in industries with high production rates and for light, easily deformed andunstable products.
We then move onto the Meypack FW 200, the flagship horizontal stretch film wrappingmachine of the German company acquired by the Aetna Group in 2022, idealfor the food industry and for frozen or chilled products in folding cases orcartons.
The PrasmaticTC 500 Combi is a combined shrinkwrapper and case packer for medium andhigh speed production. The brand is known for its solutions in the food sectorand achieves 55 to 65 packs per minute.
Directly fromUS production, TopTier's LT Automatic Stretch Wrapper is on display, therotary table wrapping machine that, with its 40 pallets/hour, represents highentry level equipment, guaranteeing high performance in terms of speed, reducedfootprint, lower film consumption and greater safety for operators.
Same brand forthe cell composed of the robotic depalletiser and the conventional L20 palletiser.
