High-speed performance and innovation with a sustainable focus
Robopac, supported by its German subsidiary Aetna Group Deutschland, will take part in LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart from March 24 to 26, at Hall 8, Stand 8F31.
The focus is on key stakeholders in the Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, pharmaceutical and chemical markets, with a range of solutions designed to optimize end-of-line phases and the early stages of internal logistics according to production needs. In particular, the Helix 4 EVO solution will be on display, a high-speed rotating arm wrapper featuring advanced performance and functionality. At LogiMAT it will be presented in a version specifically designed for logistics requirements and suitable for use across many sectors, especially food & beverage, logistics, tissue & paper and empty containers.
Helix 4 EVO stands for maximum efficiency, high performance and a high level of reliability in transport safety. The modular design of its units ensures wide versatility of use, even with large pallets. It can also be equipped with the Top Inside cover device after initial installation with minor modifications; the machine can also be fitted with a jumbo reel with increased diameter for greater operating autonomy.
A key feature is the innovative Easy-Lock system, which enables excellent film roping without the need for a pallet lifter.
Combined with the spring clamp and the film cutting and sealing system against contrast, the solution is particularly suitable for irregular, sensitive or unstable loads and for highly automated applications.
In designing its solutions, Robopac places great emphasis on sustainability and cost efficiency in the wrapping process. Film consumption reduction is ensured by intelligent management of pre-stretch and containment force through Cube Level 1 technology, featuring dual-motor continuously adjustable film pre-stretch and precise tension control. This increases pallet load stability and improves transport safety.
Helix EVO combines the need to increase energy efficiency with reduced consumption — goals that Robopac pursues with strong commitment.
Two additional features designed to maximize machine availability and minimize downtime are the Troubleshooting system and the TPM system integrated into the HMI. Troubleshooting speeds up problem resolution by supporting operators with clear images, explanations and detailed instructions, allowing quick identification and correction of anomalies. TPM monitors machine cycles and component movements and informs operators, through colored indicators and specific warnings, about maintenance operations required in the short and long term, providing advance notice to organize spare parts procurement and maintenance activities within the plant’s overall maintenance planning.
